Is it Game Over for Willie?

Have you heard the latest scoop in showbiz today? If you’re a follower of  Willie  Revillame’s show, you may have seen and heard his announcement on  “Wil Time Bigtime” last week. He said he was going to rest in January 2013.

After that there were talks that his show will fold up and he will launch a new show. But according to a Kapatid network insider  “We’re not sure about his game plan. Let’s just wait and see.”

Is it “game over” for Willie?  Well I don’t think so because there will always be public clamor for him.

Finally, a Visit from Fairy Hobmother

Have you heard about the ever-gracious Fairy Hobmother? At first, I didn’t pay much attention to all the blog posts I’ve been reading about Fairy Hobmother. But when most of my blogger friends have been blogging about him and how their wishes were granted, I started following him as well.

Then one day my stalking has finally paid off. I received an email from him, he told me that like my friends I also deserved to be rewarded. And so I wished for an oven, it has been my dream to learn to bake cakes and pastries.

No matter how busy he is, he will find his way to visit your blog as it is his mission, to spread love and happiness in the world of blogosphere. So if you’ve been following him around, just wait and don’t give up.

And if it is your first time to know about Fairy Hobmother and you’d like to receive gifts as well then all you need to do is to comment below so he would be able to visit your blog and follow him at his twitter account.

Musical Instrument as Christmas Gift

This Christmas season, giving musical instrument to your kids is one of the best gifts you can give them. When my daughter wished for a digital keyboard, I didn’t have a second thought. I bought her a digital keyboard because I believe she has the talent, and she can use that talent to serve God through our Church Music Ministry. True enough, she’s now one of the instrumentalists in our music team. Though she’s now studying in Manila, she did not stop from playing the keyboard on our worship service every Sunday.

This year I would like to get a guitar for my son. I’d like him to learn to play the guitar so he could learn new skill, diverting his focus away from computer games. I’m already checking out some cool godin guitars from guitar center website.

Watch for Regine Velasquez’s 25th anniversary concert repeat

Regine Velasquez’s 25th anniversary concert will have a repeat, that’s what she promised to her fans. Regine wasn’t able to sing and perform well on her anniversary concert when she lost her voice due to an illness.

Meanwhile Kris Aquino vows support for Regine. Aquino said she is willing to help Velasquez in organizing her concert repeat this December.

In her official Twitter account, Aquino told her followers that she really felt for Velasquez because she knows how hard it is to lose a voice.

“Regine said it was a virus she caught but promised the fans in MOA a repeat so that, in her words, they could see the show they deserve,” she said.

“Sensitive ako sa mga nawawalan ng voice. My heart ached for Regine. I felt her frustration at not being able to give 100%,” Aquino added.

Shopping on a tight budget

Gift-giving season is fast approaching, so it’s time to monitor your budget and to be careful in spending. My daughter asked me to look for cheap cheerleading gifts in case we go to Divisoria Mall for our holiday shopping. She knows that is the only place where we could buy anything at very affordable prices.

People who are on a budget usually shop at Divisoria Malls as early as this month so as not to experience haggling and shopping rush.

Classic and Trendy Wedding Bands

The month of December is fast approaching and so is our 17th year wedding anniversary. Time flies so fast! After all that trials that we had gone through it is a blessing that we are still together now.  I’m looking forward to our silver wedding anniversary because i’d like us to renew our marriage vows, this time in a Christian ceremony. I still wish that my dream wedding ( a garden wedding) to come true. For our silver wedding, i’d like us to have silver wedding bands with our birthstones embedded in it. But that is still 8 years away, for now i will just focus on looking for a anniversary gift that my husband would really make him happy. A Lebron James Nike shoes is what he really likes but that is too expensive for me to buy.

Anyway,  speaking of wedding bands check out bridal.reeds.com if you’re looking for some classic and trendy styles. They have lots of designs to choose from.
