Netflix will allow you to download and stream movies but not burn to DVD.  You can get an unlimited number of movies but you have to pay a minimum of $8.95 per month for the service.

CinemaNow allows you to download, stream and burn movies but charge generally from $9.95 to $19.99 per movie.  I can go to Wal-Mart and buy them cheaper.  This is not an option for me.

Vongo works with Starz and has a monthly fee of $9.95 for unlimited streaming but you cannot download or burn the movies to DVD.  This is too restrictive and expensive.

Apple iTunes Movies offers you downloads & streams of movies but no burning to DVD at a cost of $9.99 to $14.99 per movie.  This is also  too expensive and restrictive.

MovieFix offers only streaming of movies and has a monthly charge of $11.95. They do not allow downloads or burning to DVD and are too expensive.

Blockbuster does not allow you to burn their movies to DVD and has a per movie charge that ranges anywhere from $2.99 to $19.99 per title.  This again is too restrictive and expensive.

I was about to conclude my quest for the most affordable website to legally download, stream and burn movies to DVD when I came across a site called Movies Capital.

MoviesCapital.com was by far the site that not only offered the most features and benefits but was also by far the most affordable and legal website I found for movie downloading, streaming, and burning to DVD.  Not lonly was it the cheapest offering all benefits I was looking for but it is currently giving a 50% discount!
